Well it was another pretty disappointing month(do poker players ever feel satisfied? seems like we are all insatiable) but I did still break $10k which is always nice. After next month I’ll most semi-annual results. I’ve only played something like 160k hands this year which means I would have to play 90k hands next month to keep pace with 1/2 mil hands for the year. I really need to grind more.

I think for the first week of June I’m going to play 10k hands of 2/4 PLO and see how much I make. If it’s over $10k I’ll probably just say ef you to NLH for awhile and switch to PLO as my main game.

As far as what I would consider mediocre months go I’m quite confident June is going to be huge for me. If anyone wants to prop bet me I can’t make over $25k for the month I will be happy to do so. We can have some limit on the number of hands I must play, such as at least 30k hands must be played at 3/6+ for NLH and 2/4+ for PLO so I can’t just run hot for 15k hands and instaquit or play low stakes for remainder of the month. I am willing to wager any amount up to $5k if anyone would like to bet against me. Fwiw the bet is probably +EV for you considering my best month ever is something like $12-$13k I think. Also, tournies don’t count – I can blow as much $$ as I want in them but winnings won’t count either.
